Position: Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)
Your Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in our division. As
Project Manager
, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.
Responsibilities
Manage any size project with supervisionDevelop and track the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the projectProcure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendorsDirect staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting MinutesDirect staff on assembly shop drawings from trades and suppliers and review for compliance with SpecificationPrepare RFIs, MSIs and change ordersDirect trade partners and coordinate with other tradesEstimate cost changes in scope of workSchedule material and equipment deliveriesReview and quality check close out documentsEstablish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costsSchedule material and equipment deliveriesComplete occupational jobsite review and delegate where appropriateDevelop and maintain Enersolv’s construction standards for the projectOther duties as requiredSkills and Qualifications
3 – 5 years experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metalExperience using BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit and Revizto and any other software requiredExperience working with design team and sub-contractors to meet project specific BIM execution plansAbility to oversee BIM budget and resource managementExperience with PM Management Software (Procore, Autodesk), Word, Excel, ProjectsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent organization skillsSolid knowledge of the construction processBenefits
