BCX Customer Excellence & Field Solutions is seeking a visionary Senior Strategy Manager to architect our technician sales development strategy and elevate sales acumen across our field teams.
Description  This high-visibility role focuses on achieving ambitious stretch sales targets by designing innovative selling acumen strategies, building sales training models, and transforming a service team into a selling machine. The focus is on the "human" sales frameworks that redefine our market positioning. You will lead the charge in defining how we sell, overseeing sales coaching plans and training programs to ensure our commitment to customer excellence is powered by a sophisticated, results-driven sales culture.
Impact You’ll Make  As the primary strategist for sales capability, you will bridge the gap between technical service excellence and commercial high performance. Your success will be measured by the transformation of our field operations into a premier growth engine through the professionalization of technician sales skills and the delivery of industry-leading commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities  Sales Strategy & Commercial Design   Define the Sales Narrative:
Develop the persuasive language and commercial frameworks that allow technicians to transition seamlessly from fixing a technical problem to offering a value‑added solution
Design & develop the field positioning of our commercial offers:
Architect innovative offer positioning models specifically tailored for field‑service environments and "at-the-door" transactions
Market positioning:
Create strategies that capitalize on the unique "in‑home" trust technicians establish with customers to drive competitive advantage
Strategic validation:
Build and validate business cases for new sales initiatives and set the benchmarks for ambitious "stretch target" performance
Sales Enablement & Coaching Excellence   Scale commercial fluency:
Elevate the collective "business IQ" of the field, ensuring every technician understands value‑based selling, pricing dynamics, and sales psychology
Drive sustainable growth:
Create repeatable, scalable training models and pedagogical frameworks that translate complex product offerings into simple, persuasive customer conversations
Oversee coaching programs:
Lead the design and delivery of sales coaching programs aimed at building high-level sales acumen and professional confidence within a technical workforce
Performance optimization:
Lead strategic performance reviews, adapting training methods and sales narratives based on real-time field feedback and KPI results
Executive Leadership & Governance   Influence the future of service:
Partner closely with the Business Consultant (Systems & Tools) to ensure our digital platforms and sales tools perfectly mirror the strategic sales behaviors and narratives you have designed
Executive storytelling:
Create compelling narratives for VPs and Directors regarding the evolution, health, and ROI of field sales performance
Strategic alignment:
Lead discussions to align diverse business units on sales targets, resource allocation, and technician incentive structures
Governance & integrity:
Establish frameworks to monitor sales ethics, performance integrity, and the overall health of the technician sales program
Qualifications  

Required Qualifications   MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, and/or a related field.
7+ years of sales strategy development or sales enablement experience in enterprise environments
Expertise in business modeling, pricing strategy, and market assessment
Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving large-scale business transformation
