About the RoleThe position is responsible for overseeing and managing the graduate curriculum submission and approval process to the Senate Graduate Studies Committee (SGSC), the Senate Committee on University Priorities (SCUP), and Senate, including providing support, advice, and feedback to faculties, departments, and programs regarding University requirements, documentation, deadlines, approval process, and policies related to graduate curriculum and the implementation of graduate programs.
Full Job Description
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration, Business or a related discipline and four years of related experience in a post-secondary environment conducting policy audits and interpretation, and program administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of graduate academic program administration, and related administrative practices.
- Excellent research, analytical reasoning, and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ability to conduct procedural and policy audits and identify improvements to audit processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply University policies and procedures.
