The Detailer pre-washes vehicles prior to moving them into production, cleans and details all assigned vehicles before final delivery to the customer, and completes general repair facility cleaning responsibilities. The role works with all team members to achieve the repair facilities KPIs.

• Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Protect and preserve automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
• Keep the shop clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot at all times
• Power wash the shop floor as required to reduce appearance of dirt
• Maintain and organize the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. keys, floor mats and RO signs)
• Consistently implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met; directly contributing to shop efficiency and a positive NPS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking abilities while working under pressure

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift materials in excess of 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
