Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team. The office manager will be responsible for office organization, administrative duties, production support and expense entries. The position will help ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency of our office and warehouse. Specific

responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations including communications, scheduling, supplies, purchasing, and expense entries
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including packing orders, labeling, and arranging carrier pickups
  • Inspect incoming goods and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
  • Track inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate restocking with suppliers
  • Support logistics between office, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations
  • Help maintain an organized workspace and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional character showing integrity, adaptability and initiative
  • Be self-aware, flexible, and open-minded
  • Experience or interest in social media and marketing, not required but an asset
