Position: Health Policy Administrator (TruStone)

Overview

Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $42,500 - $52,000 per year. The posted range reflects the base salary for this position only. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus based on performance and business results.

Tru Stone is looking to hire a Health Policy Administrator to join our Tru Stone Health team. The Health Policy Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. This position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The Administrator will maintain records, provide excellent support to staff and clients, and ensure all office procedures are followed and reports to the Travel Insurance Product Manager.

What you’ll be working on
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring all inquiries are addressed appropriately.
  • Prioritize and categorize emails for efficient handling, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into computerized systems.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
  • Utilize Excel for document creation, communication, and collaboration.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for you to have
  • 1+ years of work experience in an office/administrative setting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to multi-task with competing priorities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
