Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information.
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material.
- Maintain filing system.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Complete legal documentation.
- Draft legal correspondence.
- Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years;
Business administration and management, general;
Accounting;
Human resources management and services, other.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, with experience in contracts, correspondence, invoices, reports, and records.
