Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Receivable team while owning the full-cycle receivables function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people leadership and hands-on work in a fast-paced, high-volume billing environment.

You will manage a team of 3–5 Accounts Receivable professionals and play a key role in strengthening billing accuracy, collections performance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Accounts Receivable staff

Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including:

High-volume billing and invoicing

Cash application

Collections and dispute resolution

Credit management

Account reconciliations

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in a complex billing environment

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues

Establish and improve AR policies, procedures, and internal controls

Support month-end close related to AR, including reconciliations and reporting

Assist with audits and compliance requirements
