• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices
• Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) issued by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
• Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state of Wisconsin
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) (within 6 months unless not required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) (within 6 months unless not required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) (within 6 months unless not required)

Master's Degree in Nursing.
