General Labor​/Prestress Plant Team Member

Job Summary

We are currently hiring General Labor / Prestress Plant Team Members for a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Burlington, WI
. Team members will assist in the production of prestressed concrete products used in construction and infrastructure projects. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist with the production of prestressed concrete products

• Set up and prepare molds for concrete pouring

• Install cables, strands, and reinforcing materials in forms

• Pour, spread, and finish concrete in molds

• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely

• Remove finished products from molds and prepare for curing

• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment

• Follow all plant safety rules and procedures

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or concrete experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors or in a plant setting)

• Reliable transportation to Burlington, WI

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment

• Steel-toe boots required

• Experience with concrete, precast, or construction work

• Experience using power tools or working in manufacturing plants

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus

• Weekly pay
