• Operate equipment and machinery according to manufacturing instructions for the production of chocolate and cookie dough products at the Burlington, WI facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety and environmental objectives and targets while performing work functions.
• Wear required PPE including uniforms, hair nets, earplugs, safety glasses, and safety shoes and comply with GMP guidelines.
• Perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks in the work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience: 1-3 years of production-related experience is preferred. Experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry preferred.
• Skills: Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills and the ability to work alone or within a team. Strong computer skills preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 55 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push, pull, walk or stand for long periods. Climb stairs. Full use of hands, arms, legs, and feet. General vision, hearing, speech, and color perception. Repetitive motion and vibration tool operation.
• Environment: Work in environments with dust, loud noise, confined areas, and extreme temperatures (40 to 140 degrees). Odors from chemicals or cooking operations may be present. Environment may be above or below ground level.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen required prior to hire. 90-day probationary period upon hire.
