A manufacturing client is seeking a hands‑on Interim Controller to stabilize and lead the accounting function during a transition. This is a highly operational, plant‑based role requiring strong inventory and cost accounting experience.
4–5 days per week initially; 5 days during month‑end close.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month‑end close and finalize financials
- Oversee AP, AR, and collections
- Manage manufacturing cost statements and inventory accounting
- Supervise a team of 10+
- Bring structure to a lightly documented environment
- Manufacturing Controller experience required
- Deep inventory and cost accounting expertise
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Operationally focused; technical accounting not required
This role is ideal for a seasoned Controller who thrives in hands‑on environments and can quickly bring clarity, structure, and momentum.
