ROLELynden Door Trucking, LLC is a growing, family-owned transportation and logistics company, looking for full-time, CDL OTR drivers based out of Spokane, WA. We haul our doors from Lynden to the states in the, Midwest, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, Ohio, and beyond at times, and bring all types of freight back to Northwest in 53ft dry vans.
- Our OTR loads are 99% no-touch! Equipment consists of newer Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Mack Tractors.
- Our Drivers appreciate Supervisors that care for them, support them immediately with issues that come up on the road, and work with them on scheduling needs.
- Hourly pay structure takes the pressure off of sitting in traffic or road construction delays, and ensures you can always drive at safe speeds, take needed breaks, and be focused on getting there the way you left, not getting there more quickly than is comfortable.
- Quarterly $400 bonuses for Performance (Safety, Idle Time, Logbook, Incident-free) and annual $400 Gold Star Bonus (based on quarterly bonuses).
THE ROLE
- OTR lanes run to MN, WI, and beyond, then returning from OH, MO, to be delivered in the Pacific Northwest.
- These lanes require driver to be gone 10-11 days and one weekend including 34 hour reset. Home every other weekend in most cases. Longer road time is available to drivers that would like to be gone longer.
- Competitive hourly wages - $74K - $85K annually - based on 50-60 hours/week
- Steady work throughout the year
- Class A Drivers are paid while loading and unloading
- Overtime is paid for all hours worked in a week over 40
- Quarterly Performance Bonus; Up to $400.00, Eligible on the first full quarter, following the 90 day probation period.
- Gold Star Bonus; annual bonus of $400.00, Eligible after one full year of employment.
- Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans available
- 401-K retirement plan is available with company contributions after 1 full year of employment.
- Class A drivers must be able to provide a good driving record
- Physically fit enough to chain up, tailgate some product, and assist in sorting doors being dropped at each location
- OTR and mountain driving experience is a plus
- Job offers are based on passing a DOT drug and alcohol test as required by law
- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to represent our Company well to the public
