Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Quality Technician II in Burlington WA!
Shift: Pitman Day Shift (Rotating 12-hour shift, 6AM–6PM)
Pay: $26/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
We’re hiring a Quality Technician II to join our client’s solar manufacturing team in Burlington, WA. This is a high-priority role for candidates with technical manufacturing experience and a passion for quality assurance.
What You’ll Do:- Inspect products and monitor production quality
- Review blueprints and record inspection results
- Train staff on quality control procedures
- Analyze data and suggest process improvements
- Maintain calibrated instruments and perform testing
- Technical manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- PV module experience preferred
