Production Supervisor- Pitman Night shift

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role in Burlington, WA.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the Pitman Night schedule, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and throughput in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and engineering, to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.
• Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, staffing, and performance results.
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume production supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of the Pitman Night schedule and ability to effectively manage staffing and production planning around it.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Local candidates will be prioritized due to the immediate need to fill this role.
• Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. Relocation support will be considered for bilingual candidates.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
