At Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, our early learning classrooms are warm, welcoming spaces where children feel safe, curious, and confident. We're searching for a Lead Teacher who brings calm leadership, creativity, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

You'll plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and support the professional growth of your Assistant Teacher. You'll communicate with families, track developmental milestones, and ensure your classroom meets licensing and safety standards - all while keeping children engaged, supported, and smiling.
