Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) is expanding our team and seeking a mission‑driven Permanency Clinician to provide in‑home and community-based mental health services to youth and families across Northern Vermont.

If you’re passionate about supporting at‑risk youth, strengthening families, and delivering trauma‑informed care
, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in human services.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual and family therapy in homes and local communities
  • Lead treatment planning and permanency‑focused clinical oversight
  • Complete assessments, documentation, and case management
  • Support families with routines, communication skills, and safety plans
  • Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision
  • Travel 6+ hours/week (company vehicle provided)
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree (preferred), or currently pursuing
  • Bachelor’s accepted with eligibility for VT roster of non‑licensed psychotherapists
  • 1+ year human services experience (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background checks
