- Summer Group Lead:


OPEN TO FULL TIME INCLUSION/BAIRD SCHOOL STAFF ONLY -The Contracted
-Summer Group Lead is responsible for the overall safety and therapeutic culture of summer camp groups.

Essential Functions:
  • Ensure the overall safety and therapeutic culture of the group
  • Implement group behavior plan
  • Lifeguarding
  • Risk management that exceeds that of their peers during the summer program
  • Communicate and collaborate with program leaders
  • Trains other employees
  • Delegate group work to team members
  • Participate in weekly group supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle
  • CPR/FA certification
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification
  • Certified Lifeguard preferred
  • CPR/FA for the Professional Rescuer certification preferred
  • Current full-time employment within HC program
Structure:
  • Contracted
  • Non-exempt
  • Weekly Stipend of $300
