Permanency Clinician (Full-Time)
Burlington St. Albans Surrounding Areas $54, year + Sign-On Bonus | Company Vehicle Provided

Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) is expanding our team and seeking a mission driven Permanency Clinician to provide inhome and community-based mental health services to youth and families across Northern Vermont. If youre passionate about supporting at-risk youth, strengthening families, and delivering trauma informed care
, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in human services.
What Youll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy in homes and local communities
- Lead treatment planning and permanencyfocused clinical oversight
- Complete assessments, documentation, and case management
- Support families with routines, communication skills, and safety plans
- Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision
- Travel 6+ hours/week (
company vehicle provided
)
- Masters degree (preferred), or currently pursuing
- Bachelors accepted with eligibility for VT roster of nonlicensed psychotherapists
- 1+ year human services experience (required)
- Valid drivers license and clean background checks
- Up to 4+ weeks PTO first year
