- Salary Range: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

employee-owned mechanical services organization to assist with the recruitment of an HVAC Service Technician. This organization is recognized as a leading provider of residential and commercial plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal services within its region. The HVAC Service Technician will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to residential and commercial customers. This position is well-suited for a skilled technician who values craftsmanship, takes pride in doing the job right the first time, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
- Apply knowledge of applicable HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Complete work with strong attention to detail and a focus on long-term system performance
- Work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers and partners
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available
- Participate in an on-call rotation during peak heating season (October through April), with summers off from on-call duty
- Experience and certifications in one or more of the following areas:
Gas, Plumbing, and/or Refrigeration - Ability to pass a clean driver’s license and criminal background check
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work in varied conditions for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and best practices
- Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to team success
