Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with check-in and/or badge procedures as required and report unusual activity per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and emergency services when directed;
Complete required reports, activity logs and incident documentation in a timely manner and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision per post orders
