• Identify and cultivate new engagement opportunities within existing client partnerships.
• Prospect, target, and close new business opportunities within those clients.
• Build client growth plans to utilize our full suite of services.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounts, Creative, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an agency
• A collaborative sales philosophy that aligns with a team-based approach to growth.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivation paired with a strong appreciation for feedback and teamwork.
