We are looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming Fabletics location at Burlington Mall - Burlington, MA. As a Sales Lead, you will provide a best-in-class retail experience, support Sales and Operations, and help customers seamlessly shop between our website and retail stores using cutting-edge technology.

You will work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of personable associates to help our customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You will be part of a close-knit team working together to achieve goals and drive the business forward.

• Embodies our culture and values through self-accountability, serving as a role model internally and externally.
• Engages customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provides training and feedback on customer experience standards and performance expectations.
• Collaborates with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet performance goals.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping ease and value.
• Provides feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strives to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serves as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales targets.
• Adheres to safety and security standards, reporting potential issues.
• Unpacks inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, and Nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, initiative-taking, and multitasking.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and team player.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and occasionally stoop or climb ladders.
