Pay Range: $16.75 - $20.30 per hour.

Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers upon fulfilling their requests. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards at all times. Perform merchandising techniques for the floral department, including arrangements, displays, pricing, and customer special orders (i.e., FTD). Ensure all customer special orders and arrangements are accurately filled.

Maintain plant life quality and freshness. Observe local market conditions and competitive activity, keeping management informed. Adhere to company and state sanitation and safety procedures and regulations. May assist with floral department management, produce department merchandising, ordering of merchandise, and shrink control, per management discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Pass a floral design test given by the Floral Merchandising Department.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.

At least 6-12 months of related experience.
