We are hiring for a part-time MIT (Manager in Training) role. You will work to become part of our future leadership team and act as an Assistant Manager while completing the necessary coursework and hands-on experiences to progress to a keyed position.

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store productivity across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists
• Support the operation and execution of store initiatives
• Promote a respectful and inclusive environment for customers and teammates
