Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest that you service.

Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.

Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.

Work safely and maintain the Front End area in accordance with policies and procedures.

Assist Customer Service Team Leader and Assistant in supervising and managing Front End activities.

Train and coach Front End teammates to ensure excellent guest service.

Maintain security and controls per company policies.

Perform cash audits, sweeps, and maintain detailed logs.

Ensure merchandising racks are stocked, neat, and clean.

Communicate new policies and promotional programs to teammates and guests.

Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies.
