Ambulatory role focused on triage, care coordination, and clinic-based support of hematology and oncology patients. Office‑based.

• Provide triage and care coordination for hematology and oncology patients.
• Support clinic-based patient care activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in heme/oncology and/or ambulatory support (infusion positions NOT required).
• Board‑certified in BLS; chemotherapy/bioprovider credential required; OCN preferred.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years; required and non‑negotiable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
