Registered Nurse (RN)
The Converse Home, a warm and welcoming assisted living community in Burlington, VT, is looking for a part-time nurse to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills and passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents each day. We are currently hiring for the day shift, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

• Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Current RN license in the state of Vermont.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
