Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Specialty accepted:  CRNA
Start date or shifts:  ASAP - ongoing (60-90 days for credentialing (temporary privileges available for clean files)
Daily schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.

-3:00 p.m.; late room 7:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m.; call rotation 3:00 p.m.

-7:00 a.m. approximately once per week
Practice setting:  Hospital (Level III Trauma Center, 5 ORs)
Types of cases:  Orthopedic, General, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Plastics; proficiency required in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
Number of cases:  Varies by day
Ages:  All ages
Additional information:  60% supervision model with 5 anesthesia providers. Must have active VT license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA only). Caselogs required showing experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks. EMR:
Medaxion. $3,000 completion bonus for 12 consecutive full weeks worked at qualifying sites.
