• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Sunday (no block scheduling)
• Holiday Requirement:
  Must work 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 – $2130

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Vermont or compact state
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience
• At least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle with all-season or snow tires (public transportation not accessible)
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred

• Deliver high-quality dialysis care in outpatient and inpatient healthcare settings
• Float between dialysis units within a 40-minute radius of Burlington, VT
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient documentation and care coordination
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in bi-weekly orientation and ongoing clinical training
• Maintain complete and accurate work history documentation for submission
