Job Description
The nurse will be responsible for providing care in a high-risk labor and delivery unit, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a large academic setting and be comfortable with a high-stress environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide safe and effective care.
• Participate in patient education and support activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC software.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years experience in high-risk labor and delivery.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.

Certifications:
BLS, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Equivalency), ACLS.
