• Assignment Length: 16-26 weeks
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: June 14, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• On-Site Position
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,100 - $2,250

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience in a large, teaching hospital
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Vermont or compact state
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (must be obtained prior to start)
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)
• Ability to work every other weekend and 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (no public transportation available)
• Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires November through April

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neurosurgical and surgical patients on the M5/McClure 5 unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient interactions and interventions in Epic EMR
• Participate in bi-weekly orientation sessions and ongoing professional development
• Maintain schedule flexibility to meet unit and patient care needs
• Ensure all work history information is complete for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
