Outstanding outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in Burlington, Vermont.

• Provide direct outpatient medical services.
• Render services that reflect current standards of medical care appropriate to mid-level provider training and experience, and appropriate to the local medical community.
• Coordinate and document care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management.
• Serve as a member of the health care team and assume responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.
• Work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.
• Work independently as appropriate to level of training and experience, and to solve problems.

• The Family Nurse Practitioner should have the ability to work with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.

Monday – Friday schedule with No Nights, No Weekends and No Call.
