Markets Tax Credit; NMTC Program Manager

Evernorth, Inc is seeking an experienced New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our NMTC program and advance high-impact community development projects across northern New England in either our Burlington, VT or Portland, ME office.

In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of NMTC investments—from pipeline development and underwriting through closing, compliance, and unwind. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of direct NMTC experience (or strong related CDFI/community development finance experience), expertise in complex financial modeling, underwriting, and compliance and a passion for mission-aligned work and strong relationship-building skills.
