This client is an innovative organization dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Role Overview

The Fulfillment Manager will play a pivotal role in driving an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process. This includes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct management of the fulfillment team to ensure products and services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Serving as the primary escalation point for order issues, change requests, and troubleshooting, this individual will work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service, and Finance teams. The role also involves oversight of data management, process optimization, and customer communications, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Fulfillment team, setting performance goals and driving professional growth.
• Oversee and improve fulfillment processes, automations, and data integrity within CRM and ERP systems.
• Define and manage SLAs and KPIs, creating actionable dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate sales order processing, customer onboarding/offboarding, and service order management.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to maintain operational excellence, resolve escalations, and ensure quality standards.
• Draft and refine automated customer communications to enhance the customer experience.
• Support and troubleshoot non-standard orders while maintaining clear SOPs and documentation.
• Partner with Logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee monthly financial reconciliation for fulfillment activities, reporting variances as needed.
• Participate in special projects, occasional travel, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, project management, or related cross-functional leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP tools.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to anticipate risks and drive solutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
