Job Summary
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team role focuses on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Location:
Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided).
- Support ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets.
- Manage complex litigation and advise on potential risk areas.
- Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Grow responsibilities rapidly as you expand knowledge in our rapidly changing industry.
- COVID‑19 vaccination (current policy).
- Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
