Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) is expanding our team and seeking a mission‑driven Permanency Clinician to provide in‑home and community‑based mental health services to youth and families across Northern Vermont. If you’re passionate about supporting at‑risk youth, strengthening families, and delivering trauma‑informed care, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in human services.

• Provide individual and family therapy in homes and local communities
• Lead treatment planning and permanency‑focused clinical oversight
• Complete assessments, documentation, and case management
• Support families with routines, communication skills, and safety plans
• Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision
• Travel 6+ hours/week (
  company vehicle provided
  )

• Master’s degree (preferred), or currently pursuing
• Bachelor’s accepted with eligibility for VT roster of non‑licensed psychotherapists
• 1+ year human services experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean background checks
