Overview

Community Health offers a primary care network providing comprehensive services including wellness, dental, behavioral health, pediatric specialties, and walk-in Express Care, serving insured and uninsured individuals across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to deliver mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques for children and adults.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in team planning.
• Maintain accurate records, facilitate referrals, and administer assessments.

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC).
• Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
