As a Resident Care Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. This position includes assisting with daily care needs, administering medications, offering meaningful companionship, and helping maintain a supportive, respectful community environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of older adults.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that supports dignity and independence.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols, care standards, and organizational procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with medication administration required; LNA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a computer for documentation.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
