Locations: NFI Vermont’s Allenbrook program in South Burlington. Third shift residential counselors for our group home. Part-time position available.
Starting Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour
Wednesday and Thursday nights 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with the option for additional shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide safety and supervision for residents during their sleeping hours
- Facilitate a comfortable environment for adolescent residents
- Collaborate with program team to provide residents with effective coping strategies, better understanding of their struggles, and thoughtful after-care planning
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
- Or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
