Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic
Join Epic’s essential team where you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients worldwide. In this role you’ll collaborate with customers to tackle mission‑critical and complex problems—diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and managing implementation across multiple locations and stakeholders. Epic’s customers include top‑ranked health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente among others.
Our campus is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin and supports relocation. The role is full‑time, entry‑level, and requires travel occasionally to customer locations. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater.
- A history of academic excellence or professional success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.

- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
