- Providing patient education and counseling.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Participating in after-hours coverage.
- Medical degree with residency in Family Medicine or related field.
- Board certification or eligibility.
- Valid Vermont medical license.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Work in a community-focused, federally qualified health center serving underserved populations, offering services beyond traditional primary care, including obstetrics, behavioral health, and outreach.
