Overview
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities- Face-to-face primary care.
- Participate in educational sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance access, remove barriers, and deliver state-of-the-art care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Competitive salary up to $300,000.
