Outpatient Physiatrist / Spasticity Specialist – Botox Expertise

Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Center | South Burlington, VT

An established Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Center in Vermont is seeking a physician with expertise in spasticity management using Botox
. This is a flexible, outpatient opportunity within a collaborative program serving patients across the region.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Only – no inpatient or call responsibilities
• Flexible Scheduling – 2 full clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month (8a–5p)
• Specialty Flexibility – Physiatry, Neurology, or Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology background) all considered
• Strong Support – RN & MA clinic team, Epic EMR
• Collaborative Environment – join a well-established rehabilitation program

Requirements:

• Board Certified in relevant specialty
• Active BLS certification
• Prior Botox/spasticity management experience required
• Independent practice capability (no supervision required)
