Outpatient Physiatrist / Spasticity Specialist – Botox Expertise
Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Center | South Burlington, VT
An established Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Center in Vermont is seeking a physician with expertise in spasticity management using Botox
. This is a flexible, outpatient opportunity within a collaborative program serving patients across the region.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Only – no inpatient or call responsibilities
- Flexible Scheduling – 2 full clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month (8a–5p)
- Specialty Flexibility – Physiatry, Neurology, or Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology background) all considered
- Strong Support – RN & MA clinic team, Epic EMR
- Collaborative Environment – join a well-established rehabilitation program
Requirements:
- Board Certified in relevant specialty
- Active BLS certification
- Prior Botox/spasticity management experience required
- Independent practice capability (no supervision required)

- EMG experience and broader physiatry coverage welcome
