Project Manager, Engineering Design & Technologists, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Location: Northern New York / Vermont Region

Manpower is recruiting a Architect, Project Manager for a direct‑hire opportunity with an amazing client near the Plattsburg, NY area. Our client is a highly successful firm that specializes in supporting municipal, commercial, institutional, private development, and residential projects. In this role, you will lead design development, manage project coordination, and serve as the primary point of communication between clients, internal teams, and consultants.

• Lead design development and produce preliminary designs and construction documents.
• Provide technical expertise for building design, planning, detailing, and specifications.
• Oversee project progress, review work, communicate deliverables, and support team efficiency.
• Handle construction administration: submittals, RFIs, site meetings, walkthroughs, and pay app reviews.
• Perform CADD using Revit and assist in training other team members.
• Participate in internal design, project management, and Revit user group meetings.

• NY and/or VT Architectural Licensure (or ability to obtain within 3 years).
• 5–10 years of architectural project experience.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in Revit 2018
  , Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Sketch Up;
  Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (Procore/Prolog) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of building codes, ADA, sustainable design principles, and commercial construction types.
