Overview:
Our client is a well-established General Contractor specializing in ground up Multifamily and Commercial Construction projects across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. They are looking for an experienced Superintendent who can lead field operations, mentor teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

What you get to do:

• Work on a variety of projects across Vermont

• Oversee all field operations, including self-perform work and subcontractors

• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control for large Multifamily and Healthcare projects

• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

• Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations

• Mentor, coach, and evaluate field staff to support professional growth

What you need to succeed:

• 6+ years of Superintendent experience (ideally with a General Contractor)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and materials

• OSHA 30, CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
