DINSE, one of Vermont’s most respected and well-established law firms, is seeking a Client & Administrative Services Coordinator to join our collaborative and professional team in Burlington.
This is a key client-facing role that supports the firm’s administrative operations, coordinates accounting and billing activities, and ensures smooth day-to-day office logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and service-oriented — someone who takes pride in attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a supportive, client-focused team.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Include:
- Mail & Supplies: Sort and route incoming mail; assist with tracking and organizing office supply needs
- Accounting Support: Field incoming accounting-related calls, process credit card payments, assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, and respond to basic client billing inquiries
- Client Services & Reception: Greet clients and vendors professionally
- Conference Room Coordination: Monitor daily meeting schedules, prepare and clean conference rooms before and after use
- Project Support: Assist with administrative projects and support tasks as assigned
- Operations Support: Provide general office operations assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow and supporting cross-functional needs as they arise
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to excellent client service
- Previous experience in a legal, professional services, or administrative role is a plus
