• The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable.
• The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.

• Education:
  
  H.S. diploma or equivalent required;
  Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
