• Weekly Gross (Per Driver): $1,850–$1,950
• Annual Average (Per Driver): $96K–$102K
• Referral Bonus: $2,000 per hired team referred

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• 14 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Weekly home reset
• 3–4 days off after every 3–4 trips

PER DIEM PROGRAM

Eligible drivers receive tax-free daily allowances for meals and lodging in accordance with IRS guidelines — maximizing take-home pay and reducing tax burden.
