Lead Security Ambassador - Guard House

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

We’re looking for a Lead Security Ambassador in a Concierge post. The role focuses on customer support and security across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other high‑traffic locations. We want someone who can build meaningful connections and inspire confidence.

  Burlington, NC
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 5:45 am – 12:30 pm (Fridays leave at 12:00 pm)
• $17.50 per hour, paid bi‑weekly. Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees.

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Active PPSB license.
• Over 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
